Very friendly, helpful through the process of selecting and pursuing my dreams of my bathroom to come to life. Very respectful of my animals and my schedule away from home while they reconstructed my entire bathroom. Highly recommend!

My husband and I took a long time deciding to update our shower and were hesitant to trust finding someone that could do a good job. We met with Charles and discussed our concerns. He assured us that they could do the job we needed. There were definitely some hiccups in the process, but we are very happy with the end result. The new shower (and we opted for a new toilet, too) led us to repaint the bathroom and update other things. The overall process for us was a good experience, and we would recommend Bitner Brothers for a home improvement job.
