Over a year ago, I had the pleasure of working with Mike and Bert from Musser Builders on a large remodeling project. From the beginning, they were professional, respectful, responsive, and committed to making sure the project was completed with care.
Like many large projects, we experienced a few hiccups along the way, but what stood out to me was how Mike, Bert, Joey Ashley, and the Musser team continued to communicate, follow up, and address concerns as they came up. They did not disappear when challenges happened they stayed involved and worked to make sure I was satisfied.
Recently, I contacted them about an issue with a bathroom that had been remodeled during the project, and they responded right away. Staley Mechanicals is the best service company around! They came out the same day during 10-degree weather to fix my HVAC, which wasn’t heating. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had it repaired in no time. The service was efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them!

Restoritive Yoga has changed my life. I have been practicing with Jen and her Friday evening class for 7 weeks now. I decided to take the class to help clear my mind from work stress and to hopefully gain some flexibility back.I am approaching 40 yrs old and feel like a prisoner in my body. Over the last 17 years my profession has left me with th no curve in my lower back, body pain and migraines. I make wedding dresses for a living and after sitting at a sewing machine for hours, I have to remind myself to get up and stretch. It got to the point where sleeping was painful. I felt like my ribs were crushing.My first class was emotional because I thought this class was to be easy and my body was not allowing itself to open. I needed alot of props and felt embarrassed. Jen offered kidness and encouragement. Each class I gained a little more confidence and began practicing at home.After our class this evening I was overjoyed!! I could sit cross legged comfortably again. Something that I haven't done in years. It was the first class where I was able to relax and fee the delicious stretch without pain.Jen makes you feel at ease and allows you to move freely through poses without judgement.I never wanted to be on pain medication and have found what heals the body naturally. With the snow and cold weather, I had ice stuck in my wheel well causing my tires to be off balance. The staff there was knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me. They got me in and out quickly and were super friendly. I would definitely recommend this Mavis location!

We discovered an issue with our sewer line at our small restaurant. Within moments a technician from eciServices contacted us and someone was dispatched immediately. The issue was diagnosed in less than hour and they set about fixing the hole in the cast iron sewer pipe immediately. They were incredibly efficient while keeping us informed through out the entire process. They worked well past \\\"quitting time\\\" in frigid temperatures to get the pipe fixed all while understanding the importance of keeping us operational. We could not have possibly asked for better service or efficiency. They were fantastic!

I can't recommend Leer Electric highly enough! They are so responsive to their customers - the service manager even came out himself to look at a problem with my dishwasher that no one else was able to diagnose. Connell and Brandon were here to rewire the dishwasher and put it on its own circuit. They were on time, polite, very creative in their approach to a difficult engineering problem in our 100-year old house quick, gave me a thorough explanation of what they had done, and showed me where everything was. They were a pleasure to work with, and we will definitely have them back!

I work with people all day long in hopes of creating an experience that suits their needs and people are NOT always nice. They often times forget we are humans also. HOW in the world you were able to cut my sons hair while he was creating chaos and moving non stop is beyond me…AND when I said “ I’m so sorry” she told me he was doing great! . The team from Hertz-a-Crete did a fantastic job with our patio. We purchased this home five months ago, and the previous owners told us the basement was dry (a lie). We had water in the basement every time it rained. During one heavy thunderstorm we took out 45 gallons of water.
Gordy and the team demoed our old patio next to the house and found that there was no flashing and water had decayed the wood around the foundation. They Spent several days making the repairs, replacing the wood and installing the proper flashing. They also Installed a downspout catch basin and 18 feet of pipe to take the water away from the house. They put in a patio and walkway and also removed the sod and replaced it with stone for a fire pit. we were very happy; everyone who visits our home looks at our patio and says WOW, just WOW.
I can’t say enough good things about the team how courteous they were, how conscientious they were, and the quality of work was excellent. The price was very reasonable and we would definitely use them again.
