I posted my problem on the company website on a Sunday and got a response within a couple of hours. I was not expecting a response until Monday or Tuesday. Cory came out Monday morning at 8 a.m. and evaluated my situation and had a quote by Tuesday morning. I accepted the quote and the work was performed that Friday. Much faster than I was expecting. The team from Hertz-a-Crete did a fantastic job with our patio. We purchased this home five months ago, and the previous owners told us the basement was dry (a lie). We had water in the basement every time it rained. During one heavy thunderstorm we took out 45 gallons of water.
Gordy and the team demoed our old patio next to the house and found that there was no flashing and water had decayed the wood around the foundation. They Spent several days making the repairs, replacing the wood and installing the proper flashing. They also Installed a downspout catch basin and 18 feet of pipe to take the water away from the house. They put in a patio and walkway and also removed the sod and replaced it with stone for a fire pit. we were very happy; everyone who visits our home looks at our patio and says WOW, just WOW.
I can’t say enough good things about the team how courteous they were, how conscientious they were, and the quality of work was excellent. The price was very reasonable and we would definitely use them again.
Carley is very knowledgeable about horses. I highly recommend her. She is in tuned to her students and her horses needs. It is also a very beautiful setting.

Monica you are awesome! I took my son here yesterday for his very first hair cut and she handled it in the exact way I needed. I’m so glad we ended up coming here because originally I was just traveling to the closest barber to me…it was closed and we ended up here instead ! This was an awesome thing that happened by chance. I’m so glad I got to meet this woman as not only was she awesome with my kiddo but she was a true inspiration to ME. If you’ve never worked in the service industry then you have NO idea how hard that job can really be. I work with people all day long in hopes of creating an experience that suits their needs and people are NOT always nice. They often times forget we are humans also. I want to give a HUGE shout out to this woman for working hard on her feet all day long as this job is not something everyone can do. You have a true talent Monica! HOW in the world you were able to cut my sons hair while he was creating chaos and moving non stop is beyond me…AND when I said “ I’m so sorry” she told me he was doing great! . She made me feel at ease, super comfortable, and safe with my son in her hands…she’s super talented with her tools as well. I’m seriously floored at how she was able to do all of that so fast and get it PERFECT WHILE my son was moving around like a wild animal haha!! She made this a quick, easy, and beautiful experience for my little guy! Seriously he looks so stinkin cute it’s insane. You are very talented Monica and I just wanted to tell you this so you know how appreciated you are by my family! So glad we got to meet you yesterday. My sink pipes froze up during the freeze, Bob from morrets came and was able to be use augar to open and drain my sink. He was professional an d friendly, he listened to what was wrong and explained his by pl a n of action to fix my plumbing problem. Very professional

This past Saturday which was July 4th, we woke up with half of our house with no electricity. Called multiple companies, the one that actually answered said can't get anyone out till the 7th. Everyone else never called back. Leer called back right away. Had a gentleman here within 2hours. He was professional and checked our breakers, found out that it wasn't our house but Met-Ed.
Called Met-Ed, they were here also, found out that the company who was recently in our neighborhood installing Go Fiber had nicked our electric lines which are underground . MET-Ed put up a temporary box so we could have electricity.
Thank you Leer and Met-Ed for coming out when these other companies say they are 24/7...but there not. Especially when we were going through an extremely long heat wave.

Over a year ago, I had the pleasure of working with Mike and Bert from Musser Builders on a large remodeling project. From the beginning, they were professional, respectful, responsive, and committed to making sure the project was completed with care.
Like many large projects, we experienced a few hiccups along the way, but what stood out to me was how Mike, Bert, Joey Ashley, and the Musser team continued to communicate, follow up, and address concerns as they came up. They did not disappear when challenges happened they stayed involved and worked to make sure I was satisfied.
Recently, I contacted them about an issue with a bathroom that had been remodeled during the project, and they responded right away. That level of responsiveness and accountability means a lot, especially after a project has already been completed.
