Everyone I encountered, whether on the phone, texting, or in person was professional and friendly. They were patient while we waited for Tesla to remove my solar panels and had one of the wettest January’s on record. I went for the 50-year roof system, and I have no regrets on the cost. “I would highly recommend Triple R roofing and siding. We had our roof replaced in Nov. When the project manager (Tom) came to see us to quote for the replacement of the roof, he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He even mentioned replacing our gutters. When we recieved the quote,Tom had 3 different scenarios for us to pick from and price was reasonable. Tom kept in contact with us throughout the project, it only took one day for the roof to be completed the crew who was working on the roof and gutters cleaned everything up. Never would have known they were here, except for the beautiful roof and new gutters. We love it. Tom kept in touch with us even after the project was finished. Chuck and the crew responded to my request for a quote in about 20 minutes on a Saturday. Previous owners had a subpar roofer put a roof on 14 years ago and they never put in a ridge vent among other installation mistakes. Aaron's team used only the best materials (I'm a contractor so I am particular on material choice) installing WeatherWatch and GAF lifetime shingles. They added a ridge vent and fixed damaged plywood in an area that another roofing company failed to properly address during repair last year.
