Where to begin… the entire experience has been first class from the first phone call asking for an estimate to the last invoice. Everyone I encountered, whether on the phone, texting, or in person was professional and friendly. They were patient while we waited for Tesla to remove my solar panels and had one of the wettest January’s on record. I went for the 50-year roof system, and I have no regrets on the cost. The roof looks fantastic and i feel confident in the workmanship of the crew. They’re even taking care of the accidental rutting that occurred in my soaked yard. I am writing to publicly express my sincere appreciation for DePalma Construction in the installation of my new roof.• The team of installers are professional, pleasant, andthorough• The price was very fair• The office staff is extremely responsiveNot only that, DePalma went the extra mile to remedy one small problem without question.The most impressive part is due to my own poor decision, the installers came on a cold and snowy day to add a feature to my roof that helped keep snow from falling on a flat roof – simply incredible.

We recently had 1/2 of our roof replaced by DePalma Construction. They came out first to do an estimate and give us a quote in which they went over everything to be done and were very thorough and helpful.All our communications with DePalma Construction were very polite and helpful and they were a pleasure to work with throughout the project, which they completed on time and on budget. After the work was complete they even came out and did an extra check and sweep to be sure everything was done just right.This is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with, and I would definitely recommend DePalma Construction.
