“Depalma Roofing maintained good contact, came over at my convenience to assess and discuss my roofing problem. We settled on the scope of work, they gave me an estimate based on that. I had to coordinate the removal of all of the solar panels and equipment on that section of roof and DePalma was very patient with that. DePalma promised a one day job and did an amazing job sticking to their schedule. Area around house was thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. A representative came out, did a final survey/assessment, and made sure I was happy with the job. I thought the overall pricing was fair based on past experience with other roofers. “Mr Heiner put a roof on my Red Lion home September 2025. He showed me pictures where shingles had blown off and also where my roof was so bad that it caused ceiling damage in my master bedroom. My existing roof was 23 years old and in really bad condition. He was actually surprised that I didn't have ceiling damage in one of my other bedrooms and one of my bathrooms. About 3 weeks after the roof was put on, I noticed the floor was wet in my hallway. I called and left a message with Mr Heiner on a Friday. That Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. there was a knock at my door. To my surprise, it was Mr Heiner. He was very prompt in addressing my issue. He had me show him where the water had come in. He said he bet it was around the two vents his employee had done. His assessment was spot on. He went up on the roof and took care of the problem in minutes; and I have not had a problem since. Mr Heiner was so respectful, courteous, attentive to my questions and concerns and always listened. It was like talking to an old friend. I'm a 73 yr old widow and many times if any one of these apply 1) female 2) senior 3) widow some businesses will price gouge. As you can see, all three apply but Mr Heiner treated me fairly. I would highly recommend him. Several of my neighbors also had him put a roof on their homes. Don't listen to the negative reviews. Some people just like to complain and they're not happy no matter what.“
