“Trappe Family Practice is by far the best for family care. Dr. Gina Rose, along with Angela, Erica, Leslie and Tara are always, polite, patient, accommodating, kind, prompt and thorough. They all helped me through a very challenging time recently and I’m so grateful for each of them. I wish more medical professionals were like that group. I hope they know how appreciated they are!

“Dr. Deangelis was wonderful. She is actually open on Thursdays late so I could get in after work and I could request an appt online. They sent me a text to confirm appt options and my appt went super smooth. I felt comfortable and well informed. Afterwards Sarah helped me pick out some cute frames(that everyone was very straightforward with what everything I'd want would cost with my insurance) and measure my face and 8 days later I have my new glasses. They feel so good and I can read all the tiny numbers I need to for work. ?“

“I really like phoenixville Hospital the employees are very good. The nurses and the doctors in emergency room are very caring. The problem I have is when you walk in the door you get treated like a criminal They don’t ask permission to look through nothing they just do what they want and they treat you like you’re a criminal Who wants to go to emergency room sick and be treated like a criminal. They have no common courtesy or respect there was a lady in front of me that had a heart monitor and said she couldn’t walk through it and he told her then she couldn’t come in. It was a young white male with a goatee in mustache with dark hair he wouldn’t give me his name. They don’t even ask permission to look in somebody’s bag. They just patch it up and start looking with a flashlight, very uncomfortable feeling definitely goes against constitutional rights even police officers have to have permission to look in somebody’s personal belongings.“

They work hard to help the community, and have access to specialists in many different fields. All they ask for is a donation of what you can afford to give. “People should write positive interactions as much as the negative ones too. Our interaction was excellent.My in-laws traveled from India to visit my newborn in March. My father-in-law is a stroke patient and and uses support to walk. They were advised to take certain vaccines before meeting the baby by our doctor. “Roger Middleton has been a godsend for my health. After being a patient at a different doctor's office for 25 years, and not feeling heard, I decided to look around for other options. I called Penn Medicine and the staff that answered was friendly and accommodating. I needed to get a med check asap. They understood how important this was, and I got an appointment within a couple of days. They asked me if I had a preference on doctor, and I went with the first available. This just so happened to be Roger, and I couldn't be more thankful. Roger listened to all of my concerns and helped me find a new regimen of medicine AND alternative care that actually works for me. He never once judged me, and he was receptive to all of my feedback and suggestions. When I have a concern and I message him on the app, he gets back to me quickly and always helps navigate me to the best solution. Even after I told him how thankful I was for him, he told me that he didn't do anything, it was me that did the work and I should be proud of myself.
THAT is the sign of an amazing practitioner.

She was so patient and even when I couldn’t understand something she explained step by step and got me the help I needed. I definitely do think the center needs to fix their automated voice calls because all the numbers it directs to are either always busy or just hangs the phone up right away. But the customer service was phenomenal and I hope to come back and see her for future needs!!“
