No no no no. Just no. They screwed up my moms Alzheimer's check up. Now its postponed 4 months. They didnt care. They only have 2 neurologists, and the one doesn't even treat Alzheimer's. My mother severely needs to be seen as she is rapidly declining. Again, they didn't care. They need to hire more doctors. I would imagine they have the funds to do so as they are an affiliate of a large hospital.
PS good luck with any neurologists in this area. There are very few.

UPPER MANAGEMENT at this location is a joke! I was informed that Upper Management knew the provider I was rescheduled to meet with today was scheduled to leave their practice this week so they wiped out all of the providers appointments for the next two weeks without informing the patients or even THEIR OWN STAFF to call said pateints. I have a follow up appointment in June but will be looking elsewhere for an appointment at a more reliable location where Upper Management doesn't have their heads so far up their own butts. That said, I place no blame on the receptionists, they had their hands full and I could tell they were disappointed and stressed as well.

Got referred here by my doctor for possible peroneal nerve damage, can’t move my foot and the woman taking my appointment said that I need to see an orthopedist…for possible nerve damage and the only appointment they could offer me is in June, ridiculous
