My appointment was with the lab today for bloodwork. I also had a stool sample. The receptionist asked to see my script. I gave it to her and told her I had a sample as well. She asked me if it was ordered. Well, you just looked at my script so you tell me? My name was shouted to come back, but I didn’t see a person waiting for me. I asked the desk where the voice came from, she said the lab, assuming everyone knows where the voice behind the wall comes from. Then my tech, annoyed with me because I didn’t rush right in, says I called your name! I said I’m sorry I didn’t know where you were. Well, I've been trying to get in touch to make an appointment and establish primary care here, but to no avail... I've called several times yesterday and today after I got off work (6-6:30 PM) and am immediately faced with a pre-recorded message that their phone service is closed...The bizarre thing is – the recording says to call back during their regular business hours, and that the hours on Mon-Thu are 8 AM to 7 PM... But it's not even 7 PM yet? And this has happened two days in a row now.

Dr. Schulz is truly an amazing doctor and human being. I have seen many specialists due to some autoimmune conditions and no doctor has taken the time to explain and understand the root issue the way Dr. Schulz has. Penn Medicine is definitely lucky to have him!
