Recently, i had the tankless unit serviced, flushed, and the filters replaced, and shaun handled everything really well. he showed up right on time, asked if i had any questions, and got right to work in a professional and friendly way. During the visit, i also had a scale-reducing water filter added to help lower future maintenance on the tankless water heater. he installed it neatly beside the unit and did a very clean job, even though the space was tight. i watched part of the plumbing work, and it was clear he took pride in doing the install carefully and making sure everything fit properly. I also asked for help with a slow bathroom sink drain, and he took care of that too. the clog was cleared out successfully, and now the drain is working like new again. the whole service call felt thorough, efficient, and well done. great plumbing knowledge, strong customer care, and quality workmanship all around. highly recommend for water heater service, filter replacement, drain cleaning, and general plumbing needs.”

When I booked online, there weren't availabilities until the next week, and i didn't get a reply when I left a message over the phone. To be fair, it was during the July 4th holiday. After thinking about it, I decided not to take a star off, because they were so prompt. My time slot was 8 to 10:00 a.m., i received a text message and the repairman arrived right around 8:00.<br><br>He was courteous, professional, and he wore booties inside the house. He explained the whole process for me , and answered all my inexperienced questions. It turns out it would be better to replace the unit rather than fixing it, and he was up front about all the costs. Even showed me the coupons on the company website so that I could save some money.
