Leonard arrived promptly, figured out the plumbing issue, and got right to work. He was very thorough, professional, and easy to deal with. I would gladly call them again, and when I needed help later with the main drain line, Leonard came through again. He found a low spot in the sewer pipe leading from the house to the septic system that will need a long-term repair, but he was able to clear the line and get everything flowing properly in the meantime. The same-day plumbing service was a big help, and they had our drains working again quickly. Overall, it was a great experience with knowledgeable service, clear communication, and solid drain and pipe work.
Leonard is a great plumber, professional and easy to trust with plumbing repairs and new installs. He took out our old toilet and installed a new one while we were updating the bathroom floor. After the install, the new toilet had a small slow leak, and he carefully checked everything and found a tiny crack underneath the bowl, which is a rare issue. He explained the problem clearly and made the whole service visit smooth and stress-free. Since then, everything has been working well with no other plumbing problems. We had an urgent sewer backup in our plumbing system, so we called Miranda Brothers Plumbing. Within about an hour, Zachary arrived to inspect the problem and get started. He clearly explained what he was finding in the drain line and gave us an estimate upfront. The blockage turned out to be a tough one because of tree roots in the outdoor sewer line. He then called Leonard, who came out quickly to help. Both worked hard to clear the issue and troubleshoot the line.
