i have used Grant & Sons Plumbing before for a tankless water heater installation and a whole-home water filtration setup, and the experience was great from start to finish. Recently, i had the tankless unit serviced, flushed, and the filters replaced, and shaun handled everything really well. he showed up right on time, asked if i had any questions, and got right to work in a professional and friendly way. After some work was done in the crawl space, a pipe had come loose and caused a plumbing issue. We were told about the problem and recommended a local plumber. Trenton and his crew came out quickly, found the loose pipe, and handled the repair fast and professionally. We were very pleased with how smoothly everything was taken care of. They had also previously installed an outlet for the sump pump under the house. The job was completed when they said it would be, and the price matched the quote. Communication was clear, the work area was handled carefully, and everything was explained in simple terms. We were also notified about a water leak by the utility department, and Shaun and the crew came out the same day to inspect the plumbing. They even returned for another visit to make sure the leak was not under the house. After confirming it was an underground water line issue, they came back shortly after and replaced the line. They arrived on time, checked that everything was working properly, and made sure all repairs were done right before going over the final invoice with us. My wife and I highly recommend this plumbing team. They were dependable, responsive, and easy to work with, and we would gladly call them again for any future plumbing or water line repair needs in Southampton.
