Cleanliness is something I notice a lot, and this place mostly does well. Floors are usually wiped in the morning and again in the evening. Washrooms are okay but could use more frequent checking during busy hours. Sanitizer is placed near each section, which I appreciate. I go after work and rarely find machines sweaty or left messy, which says a lot about both staff and users.
It is always a pleasure when I get my hair cut here. The owner is very pleasant, cutting my hair perfectly, and her services are affordable.
Keith did an excellent and impressive job of coordinating his superb subcontractors and getting the job done by the drop-dead deadline. Furthermore, the results—of the complete reconstruction of our primary bathroom—turned out to be a showpiece. It should be in Architectural Digest! One other thing—he came in at roughly half the price of the three other contractors we interviewed, and completed the job in roughly half the projected time, with no extended periods of inactivity that we would have had to put up with if we'd gone with those other contractors. The main difference was that we had to do our own designing, as well as choosing and ordering the fixtures, which turned out to be a big advantage. The others tried to talk us into inferior materials (presumably to increase their profit margin) but we ended up with spectacular materials; even though they cost more, the entire job cost much less, and we have the bathroom of our dreams.

Christian was fantastic to work with. We had a wedding outside last weekend and saw that there might be rain 3 days before (it didn’t!), but Christian was able to quickly pull together a 20’ by 30’ tent for us, and it was a really high quality tent. The set up and take down was perfect and on time. The yard was undamaged by such a large tent. Moreover, we used their fans and they cooled the tent in 90F weather so much, I was very impressed overall with this company. Thanks again Christian.

I went to Tess after not having my hair cut for two years. It was a mess, so I was not expecting much. My haircuts at other places have been ok, but I have really curly hair, and other places either cut it too short or mess up the layering. Tess not only cut my hair right for the first time ever, but she went beyond my expectations. I actually had the hair I wanted in the photo I showed her. She is also so nice and easy to talk to. The prices are also very reasonable. I am now a client for life. Thank you Tess!
My son was all over! Master C is patient, kind and encouraging. My boy is now a purple belt and his teachers have complimented his progress and focus at school. Definitely a 10/10. Amazing!!
When I got my wedding dress it was too small on my hips and legs! I couldn’t even sit down in a chair. Somehow she managed to make my dress larger in the hips. I can only imagine how difficult that could’ve been because the fabric was straight, tight satin, so no room for error. She managed this and all the other alterations I needed. The dress was so comfortable on my wedding day. She’s warm, kind, respectful, efficient, communicative, and talented. Highly recommend!

Schipsi Electric has handled a number of issues that have come up at a few of our commercial office buildings. The communication is excellent before, during, and after the work is complete. It is easy to set an appointment with them and they are always on time. Once it is complete I always get a call with a detailed explanation of what was done. I would certainly recommend them.

They offered top-notch air duct and dryer vent cleaning services. The technician Robert thoroughly examined each vent, cleared the duct system of significant debris, and reestablished adequate ventilation throughout our house. Throughout the entire visit, they worked effectively while safeguarding our carpet and furniture. We saw better vent performance and cleaner indoor air right away. They was a fantastic experience because of their superb services, fine craftsmanship, and sincere suggestions. Without a doubt, we will utilize their services once more.

So far, I’ve had 2 experiences with Len the Plumber. The first one was several years ago and was a great experience. Unfortunately I didn’t leave a review back then but my experience was good. For this reason, when an issue developed in our master bathroom tub. It was an issue where the faucet portion began leaking.
So, on Friday afternoon, I called to set up an appointment for next week. While the faucet was leaking, it was in the tub so it wasn’t what saw as an emergency. Initially set the appointment up online, explaining my issue. Received an immediate followup to call to schedule the actual appointment day/time. I called and the dispatcher was very professional and helpful. Had us set up fairly quickly and actually set us up for the next day (a Saturday) in a particular window of time. I took it and she gave me some info about the process and said I’d get a call 1/2 hour of the plumbers arrival time.
Like clockwork, I got a call (and email and text message) about 40 minutes before arrival. I also recieved a message that had the technician’s name (Brent) and a photo. Brent arrived on time and was beyond progressional. Not just very friendly and personable, Brent came with lots of knowledge and professionalism. When it comes to representing a company, he was top notch and represented Len The Plumber extremely well. He explained to me exactly what the problem was and showed me along the way of what the probes was with the faucet. I’m not a handy person and his explanation of it was greatly welcomed.
The repairs didn’t take an extremely long period of time and I actually expected the repair to be much more involved and expensive. While it was involved, it wasn’t nearly as expensive as I had anticipated.
This review is now longer than I planned but I wanted to share my very positive experience with those that read reviews. The process from initial contact to when Brent drove away at the end was a great experience. While I hope to never need a plumber again, but when I do, I know who I am starting with!
