I am not sure where to begin. My sewer backed up. I am a major clean freak so sewage IN MY HOUSE was another level of bacteria and germs that my brain cannot process. I started off with a USELESS sewer line protection plan I had purchased 13 years ago. Figured I have been paying for 13 years, might as well get use out of it. They sent 7 people out on different days and basically said you're good. So I went back to living my life. Until 2 days later when it happened again.
