He's on a first name basis with everyone and goes out of his way to make sure you are welcome everytime. I've belonged to several different gyms in my life. So far, this one is hands down my favorite. I actually want to come in and get after it every time.“

“Great gym with well maintained modern equipment. They have almost every piece of equipment anyone could ask for and plenty of free weights so there is rarely a wait for anything even at peak hours. I started going about a year and a half ago and still love it. Lost over 100lbs and can barely recognize myself. I give a decent amount of credit to Physiq! They would get 5 stars except for the constant issues with the door scanner that lets people in after hours. When it’s down the 24hour access is stopped.“

“Took the free first class and loved it. I've never done any kind of training or martial arts and was very nervous, but the class was easy to understand and I was able to go at my own pace with the things that were more than just how to throw a punch. If you have ANY kind of interest, definitely take the free class. It was well worth it. Plus, the next three classes for only $20 is a super deal if you're still unsure but interested enough to try more.“
