I’m concerned that they allow people to workout in crocs, Yeezy slides, and Berks, but won’t allow no shoes (which is a highly recommended method by many physical therapists and chiropractors.)Outside of this, the hours are great, the staff is friendly, the equipment is clean (if not a bit outdated in some areas), other gym goers are friendly and respectful, and I pretty much have access to what I need no matter how busy the gym gets.

I love this gym. The outdoor space is fun. They have lots of areas to stretch, classes, childcare. I really like their small group training room. It is a really fun way to get in shape. Hydromassage and recovery is so relaxing after working out!

It's all right nothing like court house. Way too packed but just enough space. Don't have all the weights for dumbbells. Music way to loud in there. But for sure can get big with what they have and for price it's pretty cheap and can see why. Might go back to court house shut for now Physiq will do.
