“I've checkout all the gyms, fitness classes et al and found that WVCF to house the best run place in the Valley. Kid friendly and family run, you won't find a more welcoming ( or physically challenging) atmosphere. The trainers are spectacular, hand picked by the proprietors. The high standards here make this mecca for cross- fitters, old and newbies alike, the one stop shop for getting fit. I also attended a p.m. yoga class. A beautiful and easy to follow Ashtanga sequence that was attended by all- musclebound medical pros, as well as mom's and kiddos. You really must check this out if adding Fun to Fitness is an important ingredient in you wellness routine.“
