What a great place to workout in a non-intimidating gym that encourages personal growth, reaching your goals and motivates you to work out for the results you want to see! Highly recommend to anyone that wants to see results, feel a part of a great community and have fun too!
I have been to this gym a few times and the owner Eric is very personable and knowledgeable.. He has helped me a lot with my self esteem about my body image and has gave me a great workout routine and assisted me with many nutritional changes. I came to him to get some personal training after a 100 lb weight loss he has not only boosted my confidence but is helping me build muscles! I would definitely recommend him..5 ⭐️
All around great gym. The owners are friendly and provide excellent service — I wanted to work out at a time they are normally closed so they met me at the gym to personally let me in.
