“Amanda gave me a FANTASTIC massage and mini-facial. I’ll definitely schedule with her again.“

1301 NE Alberta St, Portland“I’ve been practicing at this studio since 2022 and I’ve absolutely loved it. The buzz around the place and the teachers are incredible. There are a range of classes to pick from and it’s so great to have the option for Pilates as well, especially in a hot room! This studio is essential for my own fitness and wellness goals so I’m grateful it’s around. It’s a 2hr round trip for me so that’ll tell ya how worth it is. :)The client service as well is top notch, the team is flexible and have been supportive of membership pauses and changes as well as being proactive in making sure my needs are taken care of. I can’t say enough!“
“Mateo at Gaealana Healing Arts has changed my life! After years of stomach issues my GI tract is finally healed. Mateo educated me about how to do a cleanse and combined that with acupuncture and herbs, I feel like a different person. I recommend Mateo to anyone needing Chinese medicine healing.“

4201 N Williams Ave, Portland“I LOVED my reiki session with Filipa. I am new to reiki and was so impressed by how she spent time at the beginning going over every moment of the experience. Because of this I knew exactly what to expect and was able to lean in and relax. She was very generous with her time after the session to thoroughly share everything and answer all of my questions. Highly recommend if you've ever been curious about reiki! Thanks Filipa!“
“Long overdue review! I love Ready, Set, Grow! I’ve been going since Dec. 2022, throughout my pregnancy with my second baby, and now with my baby. I’m grateful for the support I have there that I missed with my COVID baby. I’ve taken my toddler to the movers and multitaskers class and she’s done a tiny tots ballet class, which was super cute! It is run by REAL moms who welcome you as you are. They are body positive and birth, feeding, and sleeping positive in whatever way it works for you. It’s a supportive place to share and be with other moms, at a very isolating time. They will hold your baby while you move your body, or you can just be there and take care of yourself and your baby how you want to. If you are thinking about it, just do it!“

2393 NE Fremont St d, Portland“The "Yoga for the Inflexible Guy" class has been perfect for me. Danny is patient and runs the sessions without any pretense. This is a yoga inspired class that will help anyone improve their flexibility.Whether you haven't stretched since your last high school gym class, or you currently maintain a daily exercise routine and just need some extra work to improve results, this class can help you.“

321 NE 4th Ave, Camas“When I first started coming to Camas Yoga, I did so to reduce stress. I didn’t think of it as a workout. However, I was wrong. I’m stronger, more toned, and most importantly, I’m more flexible. The instructors are very attentive and help you (if you want it) adapt any pose to work for your body type. I find that most sports don’t connect all the dots - strength or cardio or or or, but yoga connects the body, the breath, and mind. And, every teacher/class is different, so it never gets repetitive or boring! In addition, the environment is intimate, cozy, and very friendly!“

1644 SE Clatsop St, Portland“Oh my goodness!! I thought I had experienced every kind of massage possible in my 60 years, but Thai massage with Anne was something I had never experienced. I came away totally relaxed, but energized... not a noodle, \\\"who beat up my body?\\\" feeling. It was absolutely perfect for balancing out my body and moving energy to release what was lodged in all those hard to get to spots! I highly recommend gettin on Anne's schedule!“
“I have been practicing at Paxson Yoga and Wellness Center since 2018. I have refined my yoga alignment, strength, balance, and confidence. The classes at each level are carefully designed to meet students where they are and to help them improve their strength, balance, and sense of wellbeing. The focus of every class is health, mindfulness, alignment, and safety. A yoga class at Paxson Yoga and Wellness Center always leaves me feeling balanced, taller, stronger, more centered, and more flexible.“

“I went to this studio for 6 months after opening, logged 70 classes, then moved away. When I tell you I have missed this studio experience every day since then I am NOT exaggerating. The environment that they’ve created in there is unlike any other. The app is so easy to use for scheduling your classes and the teachers are incredible!! Please open up a YogaSix near Hillsboro - I wanna be a regular again “
“I always look forward to my massage day. My last visit was totally relaxing and literally before I knew it, my massage had ended. The first thing I remember was Stephanie slowly opening the door to her studio, quietly letting me know that I needed to get dressed. Yes, I had fallen asleep during my massage! So relaxing...“

2025 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Portland“I had a great class this morning with Nicolas. It has been a long time since I stepped off the mat and I feel I am ready to rekindle my connection with yoga. I was so stoked to see that Yoga Punx has morning classes. The sequences Nicolas put together for today were perfect for my first class in almost 11 years (can you believe it?!?) They helped me feel grounded and solid in my foundation and helped me become aware again of where my body feels stuck and where it needs more love from me. And most importantly, I love a yoga teacher who incorporates a "full length" savasana at the end! Thank you Nicolas and Yoga Punx...I can't wait to restart my yoga journey with your community.“

425 2nd St #120, Lake Oswego“This studio has been so welcoming and all the teachers are amazing! There’s such a variety of practices to explore. It’s a great space and I highly recommend checking it out.“
“I had my first session with Jake this week. All I can say is, “WHOA!!” He targeted the ligaments and tendons in a way that I have never had any other bodyworker approach it. I am an athlete and a massage therapist so it’s imperative that I feel therapeutic relief after any session I have. He is so dynamic and I loved all of the space he created in my joints! At one point I was in side-lying and the relief I felt between my rib cage and my hips was awesome! I had never had any one work my shoulder girdle that way either and it was extremely beneficial. He is incredibly knowledgeable, intuitive, and strong! If you have never had Rolfing, do yourself a favor and schedule. Thank you, Jake!“

7AM - 5PM
5235 SE Clinton St, Portland“There really is no one that compares with Shelly! I trained with her for over a year until I moved, and not seeing her every week was honestly one of the worst parts of moving. She is so smart and thoughtful about what she does: explains why she's having you do certain exercises, takes the time to teach you and then push you to continuously get better, and thinks about fitness in a holistic way beyond solely working out. The most fitness progress I have ever seen is when I was training with Shelly and receiving advice from her on what to be doing outside of our weekly sessions as well. On top of all that, she is a great person who I looked forward to seeing every week! I wholeheartedly recommend her to create a tailored fitness program for you and your needs.“
8AM - 7PM
3920 NE 40th Ave, Portland“They are very knowledgeable about how to improve muscle balance, posture, etc. I have learned some tools to help me with reducing back pain that are already very helpful.“
5:45AM - 8:30PM
7070 SE 16th Ave, Portland“Visiting SE PDX and found this gem. If you love Bikram / 26 + 2, this is the spot! I've been doing this practice for six years and received a valued correction that I've never received!!! Experienced teachers. Lovely, clean space. Body positive. Friendly staff. I'm so curious about their other amenities, wish I had more time. Will return. I'm hooked!“
9:30AM - 1PM
510 NE Dekum St, Portland“Angie's "listen to the body" approach makes her massages a close reading and interpretation totally specific to a person's state. There's a kind of improvisational music making. Then, it also just feels amazing. Touch is pretty complicated and Angie very sophisticated about it. But that's joined with a really palpably caring touch.“
6AM - 9PM
7970 SE 13th Ave, Portland“Great teachers, beautiful studio, welcoming ambiance. This is a wonderful place to practice.“
“Always finds the knots and is able to release the tension. Definitely feel more relaxed after getting a massage here.“
“barre3 Happy Valley is great! 5 weeks ago I went to my 1st class. I had a non-existent exercise regimen, I had no experience with any type of barre class, and I didn't know anyone in the class. The owners and staff welcomed me with open arms. Both before and after class, Liz and Tiffany (owners), as well as Antoinette, Maribeth, and Michelle, answered my numerous e-mails full of questions (from membership questions, to 1st class questions, to cleaning regimen questions). Every e-mail I received was kind and non-judgmental. I have attended 5 classes so far (every Wednesday at 6am) and the instructors have been great! I've seen Antoinette and Kiley and they both have been so kind and helpful. The instructors are non-judgmental and encourage modifications. They want you to listen to your body, and if today is a day your body doesn't want to do something, it's okay. There is no shame in doing modifications, which I love! There are so many other things I love about barre3 - the studio (it's so bright, clean, cheerful, fun, and welcoming!), the attendees (all shapes, sizes, ages, backgrounds, etc.), and the playlists for the classes. I also love that the judgment-free zone when it comes to your workout attire - you do you! I highly recommend barre3 Happy Valley and encourage everyone to check it out. The 1st class is free and once you go to 2, you'll be hooked. Thank you barre3 Happy Valley staff for creating such a welcoming, fun, and non-judgmental place. I look forward to continuing my 6am Wednesday classes and hope that eventually I'll even be able to add in more.“
