5:45AM - 8:30PM
7070 SE 16th Ave, Portland“I cannot recommend this hot yoga studio enough. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels welcoming, supportive, and genuinely focused on helping people grow and heal.
Leah, the owner and lead teacher, is truly exceptional. Her depth of knowledge in yoga is immediately clear, but what sets her apart is how she shares it. She has a rare ability to guide students in a way that connects the mind and body, helping you move with intention and awareness. Her teaching goes beyond physical poses as it feels like she encourages focus, concentration, and inner understanding, which makes every class feel transformative.
Whether you are new to yoga or experienced, this is a studio that meets you where you are and helps you progress safely and thoughtfully. If you are looking for a yoga studio that offers an outstanding workout, but also much more than just a workout, this studio is something special.“

2024 SE Clinton St, Portland“Xenana Spa is the kind of place that wins you over the moment you walk in.
Stunning plants, a beautifully designed space, and an atmosphere that's calming from the start.
I recently saw Jamie there, and I'll absolutely be back. I've followed them across multiple locations (that alone says it all) They have an amazing ability to balance relaxation while also working out the knots and tension that leave you melted to the table. You leave feeling rested and reset, not just one or the other. Highly recommend Jamie!!“

2008 Willamette Falls Dr #200a, West Linn“This was exactly what I needed! I'm an utter beginner and so very proud of my introverted self coming to an event solo. I have to admit I was apprehensive. I was greeted by nothing but the most open kindness and acceptance. The session was adaptable to my non-bendy state and I left wanting to return to this nurturing environment to become more bendy and just soak up some more of the good vibes.“
5:30AM - 9:45PM
1301 NE Alberta St, Portland“I fell off the yoga bandwagon a couple/few years ago. It's hard to find the time, but I've been up early lately, so with my wife's encouragement, I gave 6 am hot yoga a go today! It felt great to get back at it!!! It was challenging, but that's the point, right? I can tell it was good for my body and I have lots to work to do, so I'll be back. They were very inviting and the popsicle + tea is a nice touch for sure. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed and encouraging me to participate where I'm at. Looking forward to getting stronger and more fit, and getting to know some other like-minded folks! If you are on the fence, just go for it. Can't beat the $39 for 7 classes introductory deal. That's almost free. I brought a mat and towel, but that's included for newbies. BTW, it's okay to be a newbie? Up at 6 am with nothing else to do and want some feel-good physical activity to get your day started? Join me at 6 am. BTW, parking at 6 am is the best. No worriea there! And bring done at 7, traffic isn't bad yet. There's no reason not to go! Just do it!!!“
8AM - 10PM
5429-5433 NE 30th Ave, Portland“My partner and I really loved Daniele's Embodied Birth + Hands-On Partner Support class! Don't let the 4.5 hours intimidate you. She does a great job of utilizing different learning modes (tangible, visual, sharing, movement), lots of breaks and snacks. We learned a lot and had a fun time. My partner feels more connected to and knowledgable about the birthing process so he can better support me when labor time comes. It was great to hear how other birthing couples are approaching things. We got to ask lots of questions and Daniele and Pame (her co-facilitator) were super helpful and informative in their answers. Glad this is the birthing class we chose!“

3110 SE Division St, Portland“I wanted to give a big shout-out to NOW Yoga. I’ve been unemployed for a minute and needed something to help me get out of my apartment. I wanted to try yoga for the first time but couldn’t afford anything too expensive. NOW’s “new client special” was such a steal of a deal. Because of that, I was able to enjoy two weeks of unlimited classes, which I definitely utilized. It completely helped me break out of my daily monotony and helped me gain strength—both physically and spiritually. Thank you so much, NOW Yoga!“

After after a couple of sessions and some stretching homework from Anne, I was off the medicine. After four sessions and an over the counter night guard, my TMJ is just a nuisance until I get my appointment with my TMJ specialist. Thank you Anne!“

“Love this place and community. I started coming to classes here when visiting my sister-in-law, Sarah. Eventually, she started teaching power sculpt classes. We took the power sculpt class with Jessica this morning and it was so fun, so intense, and such a great workout. The community and people are friendly, warm, welcoming. Truly an epic place to get fit and get connected. Highly recommended. Definitely come if you're anywhere near the area.“

7AM - 11PM
33 NE 3rd Ave Apt 365, Portland“Second visit to Knot Springs. My husband treated myself and my dear friend to massages and springs visits. Upon check in, we were told by the woman checking us in we were thirty minutes early. I explained when making the reservation, I inquired if there was a possibility paying extra for 30 minutes. (when one pays for a massage, you get an hour and a half in the pools, then the massage. When you go to the pools, only, you can pay for two hours) I told the woman that when making the reservation, I was informed that it wouldnt be a problem. She was so nice. HOWEVER, another woman working there wanted to put her enforcement hat on and make sure that I knew it wasnt ok. I was here for my birthday. I didn't feel like I needed a tongue lashing or an attitude. If it was truly something that was problamatic, she should have taken it up with the employee that made my reservation. She was rude and left my guest and I feeling uninvited and uncomfortable. Just a bad way to start of a $500 visit with a 30 year friend on a special day. Upon check-out, she had an attitude, still. OK, Karen, it was 20 extra minutes by the time we got into the pool. Customer service may not be your thing. We made a reservation for August as we LOVED our massages but it might be time to try Casada Thermal Springs. Portland is such a small town. You never know who you are treating poorly. Everyone else was AMAZING...“

6840 S Macadam Ave, Portland“I have been going to Paxon studio and formally Gudmestad Studio for over 10 years. Every single teacher is fantastic. All teachers focus on proper alignment and using props when needed. I always feel safe in knowing I won’t hurt myself and my strength has vastly improved along with flexibility. Classes are taught by terms and it’s easy to make up classes missed. There is also special focus classes and yoga retreats. I highly recommend this studio!“
9AM - 5:30PM
2108 NE 41st Ave, Portland“I have been practicing yoga at Harmony Yoga for six years. I take the gentle yoga classes offered by Moline Whitson, but there are a variety of classes at all levels offered both by Moline and other teachers. Moline’s gentle classes are perfectly targeted to my age and abilities. And there is never a boring day. Moline has a great ability to tailor each class to engage us and enhance our practices. Harmony Yoga is anchored in the community and is a wonderful place for your practice. I recommend it unreservedly.“
