As most of the reviews say, it is such a nice experience but very expensive. We got the couples massage and 90 minute soak. The bathrooms are coed and the towels are nice and plentiful. We brought our own flip flops but they have spares. There are three soaking pools. One is hot, one is body temperature, and one is ice cold. There are also two saunas— one is a dry heat and one is steam. They also have tea and water of all temperatures for you so you don’t get dehydrated. A nice splurge for a holiday or birthday!

I’ve been here twice now and it’s amazing!! They give you a Pendleton towel, and if you get a treatment done, they give you a Pendleton robe to wear at the end of the springs session. All the staff is super friendly!! I love it there!!

Knot Springs is a super unique experience. The facility is beautiful and calming, and the service is wonderful. It offers spa treatments as well as use of a tepid pool, hot pool, sauna, eucalyptus steam room, and a cold plunge pool.To top it off, there is complimentary room temp water, cold water fizzy water, two different non caffeinated hot teas, and scented cold towels available.
