I am member this studio since December 2022 and love everything there. Don’t underestimate how challenging each class is! The movements look small but it isn’t easy. My muscles are definitely going to shake all the time! Highly recommend this cute clean studio with with a friendly and warm atmosphere.
I absolutely love barre3 and this studio! Each of the instructors bring something unique and challenging to class and the choreography and music are always changing - even doing 3-4 classes a week, I never get bored. There are always modifications to help make the workouts customizable for everyone - more challenging, different movements for physical limitations and even for during pregnancy and postpartum. The community is welcoming and positive. I always feel stronger physically as well as mentally after each barre3 class! ?
So glad this studio opened in Happy Valley! I have been going for a year and love the classes. It is a different work out from my usual hiking and running. Full body work out! And the people who work there and the instructors are so nice! Great place!
