I'm from out of state, and when I visit my daughter I try to take a yoga class if time allows. She recently moved to Milwaukie, and I've taken classes with Alegra a couple of times. Her sequencing and knowledge of yoga is excellent. I'll definitely be back!

Went to my first class in FOREVER here this morning! I loved Stephanie! She lead the gentle vinyasa flow from 10am-11am in person & set up the ipad so she could do it virtually for others at home too! It was a super refreshing experience being back in a studio & my body has been so happy today! ? thank you Stephanie & welcome to the team! You’re such a good teacher already & you seem to fit in very well ? congratulations!!! 10/10 recommend this studio, I’ve been coming on and off for years. ☺️
