10/10 recommend. Especially love Tuesday Core Flow with Renaissance - it is the after-work butt-kicking you have been looking for! Hard in the way you would hope core flow would be, but unlike other sculpt classes I have tried, feels very safe and supported and grounded in a sturdy yoga flow. Great playlists, also. The studio heat is just right. Clean, lovely, and owned by badass women. All the good things! Definitely go here.
LOVE their hot yoga classes during the wintertime. Challenging yet approachable to all. I recently came back after giving birth and I was able to follow along without feeling too pressured to do all the poses. I haven't experienced a bad instructor yet! I love staying after class to grab a bite at the adjoining cafe and sitting on the sofa with a friend.
I’m hypermobile (Ehlers Danlos) so my tendons and ligaments are pretty loose. Pilates has been such a huge help in keeping things stable and strong, especially because It’s so much easier for me to rely on my flexibility rather than my strength. I took Cara’s class at Modo Yoga today and she is such a great teacher. She is clear, encouraging, and always gives different options so you can do what works best for your body that day. Her class helped me feel more supported and in control of my movement. I love her and you will, too!
