“In November 2025 I began taking Small Group Training classes at Fit Alliance. I had previously worked with personal trainers at a large, corporatized gym and it was never very satisfying so I stopped going a number of years ago. I am very happy with my decision to join. Jordan and Lisa – the owners – bring joy and great energy to the gym and they clearly love what they do. Fred and Ben are excellent class leaders. 1) It is exceptionally clean, due in large part to a dedicated young man named Ryan who really takes pride in his work. No gunk or film on the machines like most gyms have.
2) I've really enjoyed the classes, taught by Sheri and Griffin. They are accessible for all levels, and totally FREE!
3) The price is very reasonable... even the Black Card membership is only 25, which enables you to use the massage chairs, etc., invite friends for free, and use any PF! And at that price, if you can't go for a month or two, you don't have to feel bad or drop.
