I have been practicing calisthenics on my own for about two years before I started pursuing professional training here at CCG in September 2024. With amateur knowledge and study/practice on my own time, I felt like I had a good idea of what I was getting into and initially treated this as an opportunity to hold myself accountable for training more often than I was at home.
I can't begin to describe to you what a great decision I made that September. Bret and Megan Hamilton both have greatly positively impacted my fitness and health goals, and have demonstrated to me the importance of having fitness coaching no matter how old or experienced you may be.
