“Our carpet was installed 2 years ago. There was a tear in the carpet before our warrenty' was up. I called and Kevin answered and told me that he will get back with me but didn't happen. 6 months later I called the store to find out why I didn't receive and answer back. No answer. I wrote a bad review and Kevin and Dion got back to me. Both was sincere in their appologies. Dion sent a repairman out and took care the the damaged carpet. I appreciate both Kevin and especially Dion for making it right with me. I will be looking to be a customer again in the perhaps near future. This is an updated review. “We love Abbeys floors. We have used them twice now it’s been above and beyond fantastic experience. They always answer their phone, answer all your questions and concerns without trouble. They are also very personable and remember you from past jobs. Jayc has been helping us both times we have used their business and I don’t think I’ve ever had better customer service. When we renovate our kitchen, we will definitely be going through them as well. Absolutely recommend them for any of your flooring needs!“
