“I chose Cottonwood Finishes, LLC partly because of the great reviews I'd read online. I was so glad I did. Brian came over to give me lots of free advice about having my 1945 red oak floors refinished, provided a clear and reasonable quote, did an incredible job changing my old scratched, squeaky, orangish floors into repaired, modern, light white oak floors. They're stunning. He and his two employees were all polite, gracious, and hard-working. They kept me well-informed and were conscientious about keeping things tidy and organized while working on the project over the course of a week. I totally recommend Brian and his team for your next hardwood floor project.“
“Very pleased with our new floors from Paulson’s. It took a long time to work up the courage to do the replacement of the flooring in the whole house at once, thinking how difficult it would be. Start to finish Paulson’s made the whole process smooth and easier than I could have imagined. The number of flooring options were overwhelming. I worked with John at Paulson’s and he asked questions to determine what features and the look I wanted for my new floors. He narrowed it down to several brands and types of choices for me to consider, explaining pros and cons of each one. His feedback and help made it much easier to make my choice. John was knowledgeable about the products, patient with all my questions and quick to respond. He went out of his way to find and deliver a sample to me that they didn’t have in store, to confirm a last minute change of color choice. All to make sure I would “love my floors” and that the whole process would go smoothly. Leslie was great calling to remind me of dates and times so we were ready for each step. Yuriy’s installation team, headed up by Dan, did an amazing job. They were here each morning right on time, so friendly and professional and such hard workers. Yuriy made a special trip for a different trim piece to improve the look of our shower tile transition and Dan went above and beyond every day to make sure the whole job went smoothly! I needed the work done last minute and he fit me in to his schedule that weekend and promptly finished the job. I have been nothing but impressed with his work. My floors are so gorgeous ! I have a basement remodel to do and I plan on having him do the stairs and all of my flooring. I will recommend him to family and friends for any floor work.“
