Lucy provided an exceptional experience, guiding a customer through a full bathroom remodel step by step with patience and clarity. She helped select everything from grout and tile to vessel sinks and hardware, and even helped pick paint colors. Lucy was professional, friendly, incredibly educational, and full of energy, bringing the vision together beautifully. A free design consultation with Lucy was fantastic, as she was patient and understanding, helping customers stay within budget while providing honest input. Customers left with all their tile selections and a full estimate in hand. Some experiences with loading services were less positive, but the sales professionals were consistently rated as very professional. Working over three sessions with their designers has been so beneficial in narrowing down what we really wanted in our bathroom renovation. Lucy @ the Beaverton store was so proactive and supportive throughout our numerous changes. We may not have ever decided on our dream bathroom without her and the final price was better than we expected, especially after she found a great deal (in store clearance) on some porcelain tile that looked better than our first choice, which ended up being backordered/out of stock. Jo King is absolutely amazing. The whole store gives great service but Jo consistently goes above and beyond and has an incredible eye for design. I cannot say enough good things about her and if you’re in the market for tile or flooring go see her and if you need design assistance, there is no one better.
I came here with my husband a couple of months ago when we started renovating our house. We needed to pick tiles for multiple rooms. Right away, the experience was incredible. The MOD (who's name I cant remember) was super friendly and greeted us, she listened to all the projects we had in the works and wasn't able to help us but set us up with Tanika (sorry if the spelling is wrong) and she was INCREDIBLE! She walked around, explained the different types of tiles, and helped us pick out all the tile combos for our bathrooms (it was like 12 different tiles!) and then she stayed with us when we went to look for wood floors.
