“Very pleased with our new floors from Paulson’s. It took a long time to work up the courage to do the replacement of the flooring in the whole house at once, thinking how difficult it would be. Start to finish Paulson’s made the whole process smooth and easier than I could have imagined. The number of flooring options were overwhelming. I worked with John at Paulson’s and he asked questions to determine what features and the look I wanted for my new floors. He narrowed it down to several brands and types of choices for me to consider, explaining pros and cons of each one. His feedback and help made it much easier to make my choice. John was knowledgeable about the products, patient with all my questions and quick to respond. He went out of his way to find and deliver a sample to me that they didn’t have in store, to confirm a last minute change of color choice. “Customer service is their top priority. We had a rather large project that got a little complicated so there was plenty of opportunity for them to say well, it is what it is. They did not. They immediately drove some baseboards out to our house when the first set were not the right ones, helped coordinate with installers when things got off schedule, covered some of the miscalculations from the installers, helped me load up more baseboard with 0 notice, and took care of any returns when the project was finished. I have an extreme aversion to 1/4 round and was able to not have to use it for our project. I could go on.Things happen with remodeling but LL was helpful whenever we had to reach out.It was so refreshing to have the team at LL going above and beyond exceeding our expectations.We had 850 sq' tile removal and CoreLuxe Waterproof San Fernando Hickory Vinyl Plank installed on concrete foundation.“

“We had used Wilsonville Carpet and Tile 7 years ago when we remodeled our kitchen and replaced most of the flooring in our home with LVP and were very pleased. We just recently upgraded the flooring in the rest of the house and Mark worked with us on our timeline. The flooring installer did a fabulous job, feathering in the new flooring with the old (see photo), avoiding the need for a transition piece. Once again we were very happy with their work.“
