Dion and his team did a fantastic job refinishing our Brazilian hardwood floors and replacing all of our carpets. From the start, Dion provided detailed, practical advice and walked us through the best options for our specific needs. His pricing is very reasonable, and the team started exactly on schedule. Even when a few minor hiccups arose, they were resolved immediately and seamlessly. I highly recommend Portland Floor!

Our carpet was installed 2 years ago. There was a tear in the carpet before our warrenty' was up. I called and Kevin answered and told me that he will get back with me but didn't happen. 6 months later I called the store to find out why I didn't receive and answer back. No answer. I wrote a bad review and Kevin and Dion got back to me. Both was sincere in their appologies. Dion sent a repairman out and took care the the damaged carpet. I appreciate both Kevin and especially Dion for making it right with me. I will be looking to be a customer again in the perhaps near future. This is an updated review. My thanks to Dion and I would recommend Portland Floor to anyone.
