We are extremely happy with the work H & W Carpets completed on our condo! Alex was thorough and clear when initially explaining our flooring options and all the details of the process. Marv was precise with the estimate and provided valuable insight to flooring in general. The install was completed with no hiccups and exactly on schedule. H & W Carpets is a stellar choice for flooring, and we look forward to doing more business with this friendly and highly adept team in the future.
Alex is awesome at his job. Fast on bids, fast on install scheduling. Been using H & W for about 3 years working at The Alpine Group and they used them for long before I showed up and we’ll keep using them for as long as the service quality remains
They did a great job for both my parents and myself. It's been a few months and carpets are still going great with no issues. we had a minor miscommunication initially but they came through and made us happy customers. Highly recommend!
