We had the system installed in the summer and the AC was excellent, so much better and more powerful than I expected in our house that has some pretty serious hot spots as a 1 1/2 story. The heat has been amazing too and very efficient! We are now saving on both electricity and gas costs! Without Paul’s knowledge, a different setup could have left us a little bit disappointed everything he said has been accurate!
