Best customer service ever received. I got home from work around 7.30pm and my furnace wasn't working. I had no heat in my house when outside was about -20. Made a call to Rick’s as they have 24 hours service and Justin showed up in 30mints, he fixed the issue right on spot. Very knowledgeable and now we are all warm and comfortable again. Can’t say enough great things, would recommend to everyone. Thank you Justin and Rick’s Team

Knowledgeable professionals who care about the quality of their work. We had a water heater replaced, plus a number of questions regarding a boiler system and ductless A/C We will definitely call Rick’s Heating and Cooling again.

We received excellent service from everyone at Rick's Heating. Our insurance company gave us only 2 weeks notice that our insurance was not going to be renewed due to the age of the oil tank. Rick's Heating responded quickly and the tank was replaced with a new tank before the deadline imposed by our insurance company!Thank you Rick's.
