I was treated like part of the family , I enjoyed the openness and the relaxed scenery. as the shop overlooks a well groomed park . Within the heart of Woodstock , with an elevated view of the grounds and plenty of woodland creatures to brighten the visit. Rhiannons Hands are like magic , every so artfull in her ways . I felt as if I was whistled away to a calm center as ,she artfully sculptured my hairstyle , making her way though my many cowlicks , they can become quite brisltey , when tended too. In her hands however , they turned of soft an flowing. There was never a feeling of being rushed out the door , she spaces appointments , perfectly . Her professionalism was an is in my opinion top shelve , the lady is jolly , an has good strength in her hands , when preforming the washing of the hair an scalp massage ,before the hairstyling . that I was extremely satisfied with . Jeneva has been my stylist, close to 4 years now, working to rebuild my hair. It was over-processed, breaking, falling out and so thin in places. I was constantly dying it and using harsh products that I thought would help grow it back. Jeneva took the time to listen to my hair problems, to assess what was possibly going on, and had no problems saying “no” to anything that might damage my hair further while providing recommendations and a plan to get me to the colour I wanted to be. She is also so excited anytime I want to try something new or creative. Last night we celebrated the fact that I have a full head of hair again and the length it has grown to. It felt so refreshing to have someone be as excited as I was about this milestone.

This spa is relaxing from the moment you step into the lobby. The smells, the smiles, the whole experience is just so calming. There are so many different rooms and pools and it feels like a private experience everywhere you go. When the snow is falling it is truly picturesque and amazing. Highly recommend the cafe (their list of teas is incredible) and their high tea and high cocktails is so fun. They’re also licensed so you can take a drink with you everywhere you go. Cannot say enough good things about this space, you will just have to go and experience it for yourself.

A huge thank you to Oxford Plumbing We had a furnace that had a faulty gas valve situation that was quickly turning into a nightmare as the heat kicked out and it became cold through out the house, they had some wiggle room to fit us in at the end of day. The Tech was very knowledgeable, and immediately knew why our furnace stopped. They were on top of ordering the gas valve and promptly came back the next day to have it installed, fixed the complex valve issue efficiently, and restored my peace of mind. Their expertise is top-tier. They turned a very stressful situation into a manageable one with their prompt, expert service. Truly life-savers! Also the service department is top notch for always being so kind and returning phone calls pronto, and being approachable and knowledgeable with questions relating to said problems. We’ve used Oxford Plumbing for HVAC and plumbing issues and it’s always been professional and efficient.
The plumber Chris was very professional, he explained what the problem was, and how he was going to try to fix it, he cleared the problem with our kitchen and changed the configuration of the pipes under the sink as he pointed out there were too many bends, very friendly too, thank you Chris for fixing our problem, Peter
Great and very helpful service. I spoke to Jeff on the phone and he looked into getting someone over to help with the issue promply. Ryan, who did the service, was very knowledgeable. We just bought our house, and he was able to find and fix a strange DIY wiring issue that the previous homeowners had done. Both Ryan and Jeff were pleasant to deal with, which takes a lot of stress off of a stressful situation. I definitely recommend these guys!

I took a six-week course at Dogport, and it was the best decision I've ever made.
I went into this course thinking it was another one I wouldn't be able to pass, and I was highly mistaken. I passed with ease! John is a great teacher. We had great conversations during lunches and before and after classes, and he taught me a lot. We had a lot of banter back and forth, talking about our island trips and how fun it is to immerse ourselves in other cultures and be a part of everyday life in other countries, all the while grooming the dogs! It was so fun being able to talk to John about my trips to Trinidad and Tobago, visiting my boyfriend, and talking about my adventures and sharing experiences while still focusing on the course and realizing I can do dog grooming around the world instead of staying in Canada! Taking this course was very fun; he was very thorough, and everything was very educational. I learned a lot! He was very kind and took his time trying to teach me everything that he knows.

Being new to the area, with a new rescue, I made the mistake of initially taking him to Petsmart. When I took him back to get him cleaned up, as I was so dissatisfied, they told me “no, they didn’t want to re-tramatize him”. I walked out.
Hanna was recommended to me by some dear friends of my daughter. Am I ever glad they did. She cleaned Sam up beautifully and handled him with such gentle care that you could tell he was far from traumatized. We’ve found our new groomer. I couldn’t be happier.

Midori is blessed with hands of magic. She can alleviate pain and can help improve the range of motions like magic. I have experienced this multiple times with either a stiff neck or restricted shoulder movements that I go to her but would return with so much ease in my body and muscles and abliity to move my neck and arms with full range of motion. She is also a very sweet and friendly person. She is totally worth your money and time. Do ask for a tok-sen massage. Its my personal favourite ?
