“A good experience. Benjamin was our technician and came over to reseat our basement toilet. We were looking to find the source of sewer smells that would come and go. We felt this was the likely culprit and Benjamin confirmed. After removing the toilet he called out the previous poor job of stacking foam rings and that a better job would have used a flange extension. He completed the job and answered many of our questions. A nice guy. The only aspect of the job that wasn't 5-star was the cost. We were fully ready for the cost of the reseat but the flange extension made that price double. In perspective, the cost was still not as bad as the smell that would come and go. Now we wait and see.“

“Mike the Plumber is truly Amazing. We placed the call for leaking in the upstairs bathroom tub and the main kitchen sink plumbing that was leaking and not working properly. He answered the call and promised to come the next day which he did. Upon his arrival; he was nothing but kind, polite and professional (even keeping his slip on shoe bootie covers when we told him it was ok to just wear his shoes alone). He showed us and explained everything and educated us on what should have been done and how we could fix it along with pricing and the length of time it would take to repair and dry.
