Customers describe excellent experiences with the team. One customer had a sump pump and check valve issue after a massive rainstorm, and the plumber worked hard to diagnose the complex problems and trial a few different solutions that fit the unique aspects of the house and property. His demeanour was very kind and calm. Another customer had a clogged issue in the basement and called on Friday evening; within an hour the plumber came and looked at the issue, and the team came over the weekend and fixed it very nicely with reasonable price. A customer who got three quotes to address a very old clay main drain pipe said Everest was the only company to propose maintaining the existing. The plumber was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and always on time. Another customer was impressed with the exceptional service, punctual plumber, detailed explanation, highest level of craftsmanship, fair and upfront pricing, reasonable pricing, transparency, outstanding customer service, and clean up after all the work completed. A customer with a shower leak said the plumber was very skilled and energetic, did an excellent job, explained everything clearly, and charged a very reasonable price, even on the weekend. Everest Drain & Plumbing is highly recommended for anyone needing plumbing services, with highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient work.
