“I used Mr. Rooter earlier this year and was so impressed I called them back for a clogged bathroom sink I couldn't clear myself. As I had had exorbitant 'emergency' prices for a weekend job from another company years back, I waited til Monday as I didn't want to get hit with a weekend call charge, and was surprised to find out that Mr. Rooter's prices are the same, no matter time of day, or weekend call, so I could have called on Saturday. They only charge a reasonable call-out fee, which is waived if you go ahead with work, so you can't complain about that. I also like that they give you a 3-hour window. And they call you half an hour before arrival. Unheard of!! I was lucky enough to be able to request Peter again. He is so professional, genuine, polite, respectful of your home, (I kept telling him to leave his shoes on to go to the basement, and he'd take them off and carry them from the furnace room) and just a pleasure to deal with. He cleaned the sink, and floor around it. I'm giving Peter 5 stars, and Mr. Rooter 4.5 stars as I felt price a bit high. However, to be fair to Mr. Rooter, I hadn't had a sink clog in 30 years, so my idea of pricing might be a little out-of-date... I do know they were reasonable for my toilet replacement earlier this year. I will definitely refer, and continue to use, Mr. Rooter.“
