Let me explain.Booking an appointment is always easy. Sarah is lovely to correspond with via email, asking for photos of the issues so the plumber who makes the call is fully prepared for the service call.Our recent call, last week, Watermark has even further impressed me with their communication around the plumber who's going to arrive and when.On the morning of our appointment I received an email with a photo of the plumber I could expect at my doorstep, along with a link to the GPS of the vehicle he was driving to know when they were getting closer or had arrived.This was SUCH a great idea by them.It can sometimes feel daunting if I'm home myself and not knowing who exactly is going to be entering my home.
