i called Jantzi Plumbings after hour service in regards to a issue my parents had with a toilet . After contacting the head office number , Chris the tech called within 15 minutes, I explained the issue and he offer some advice as to what I could try first. He was 100 percent correct and I fixed the issue . Other companies would not offer this, instead they would charge you for a service call and then the repair. We had called into Jantzi Plumbing with a leak we needed repaired. After contacting the head office, the tech called to offer some advice as to what we could try ourselves first. Wonderful experience, Kaitlin was a pleasure to deal with, quick to respond and very thorough.Brandon came out to do a job today and was very efficient, knew what he was doing and executed my plan very well.Larry was here a few weeks earlier to give a quote and he was also very helpful. Happy to have had Jantzi plumbing do the job and will call on them again!! 10/10Service: Faucet installation
