She always goes above and beyond for the families we work with and she always shows up to shifts to check in and ensure the care plans are being followed to satisfaction and ensures client and caregiver safety. The service coordinators are always lovely to speak to and make themselves available for both client and caregivers, they do the absolute best to work within schedules and preferences and are there whenever there is a concern or updates. This company is very conscientious and dedicated to providing the best care and companionship, they actually do the work to match you with caregivers that are fit to your needs and preferences instead of just sending someone out. In the time I have been working with home instead I have found that the caregiver-to-client relationships are, more often than not, like family than any other home care company.
