“The PSWs who have cared for my mum have been great. We are grateful.The app however seems useless! It has been down for 5+ Days even after being reported to 2 different “ office” people, the “ live “ chat ( although no one ever chatted back after initial contact ) and a supervisor. Instead of being able to check the app to see who is coming and when, I have to call the office.I’m sure the office people would love it to get fixed so clients don’t need to call daily.“

We met Mikaela at a time when our family very quickly needed help and we were facing some quick and difficult transitions. Mikaela impressed us from the minute we met her.
