My elderly mom has been with this health care now for 8 years. Majority of the PSW we have dealt with are good, except for a few. However, I cannot say the same about those doing the scheduling. After requesting that we receive the regular PSW after their return from vacation it seems these individuals just don't want to listen and we get ones that don't know the routine or perform their tasks poorly. My mom is almost 97 and routine makes it much easier for her to follow. Not only that, but the nursing schedule has been moved to wherever the scheduling coordinator deems to fit their schedule. I had such a great experience at the walk in office at The Greenbrook Plaza in Kitchener. Nadine L took the time to educate me on cleaning my wound and take the time to explain how it can heal quickly etc. Nadine, you truly love what you do as you can see it in the way you communicate with us patients. Appreciate your service so so much!
