My parents have been so hesitant to accept help in their home, but as soon as I began speaking with the RAH staff I knew my parents would like them! My goodness it has been such a positive experience for us all. The care coordinators I have spoken with have been so helpful, professional and interested in matching my parents with the home helper that would suit them best. And of course as soon as they were paired with NATALIE, they said 'why haven't we done this sooner'. The best caring workers to help with getting groceries with me. love my worker his name is Justin the staff are awesome I even have a cousin that works there as well which is Jen . Please if you need help looking after a family member try them yes they are a private group . But well worth the money. Thank you all at Right to Home
A fabulous organization that offered an at-home assessment and recommendations for our parent with dementia. Care Manager, Andrea, was thorough and compassionate when she came for her assessment visit. She matched our mom with PSW, Dharini, who is very kind and experienced in caring for patients with dementia.Their recommendations, along with the assistance of a PSW has given us the confidence that our mom is safe and well cared for at home.
