We are extremely thankful for the kind and capable caregivers at Warm Embrace. Our father required care following a hospital stay and our experience with the office personnel and PSW's was amazing. All of the caregivers were compassionate and they encouraged him to regain his confidence and mobility after a bad fall. They assisted him with his exercises, meals, bathing and dressing while he recovered over a two month period of time. In this situation, with no family living close to him we were at ease from the beginning knowing he was getting excellent care from Warm Embrace.
From the initial call to the starting of service to each and every care giver that has come to my parent's home, Warm Embrace has been highly communicative, transparent and caring. We have seen an amazing improvement in my mom's health and quality of life.
