I have received Chiropractor services at Kinstruct Health in the last two weeks. I can confidently say that I have a very positive feeling about the technical skills of Dr Kate. She is a great professional and renders excellent services. She is quite detailed oriented and first fully understands the root cause before prescribing any actions. I should add that my experience has exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with Dr Kate professional acumen.
I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback about Dr. Jessica Tamminga, whom my daughters and I have been seeing for about a year now. I truly appreciate how fantastic Dr. Tamminga is with both my kids and myself—she always greets us with genuine friendliness, and her warm approach makes every visit pleasant and comfortable.
One thing that stands out is her punctuality. She consistently runs on time, which I am especially grateful for since I often schedule appointments during my lunch hour. This reliability makes it so much easier for me to plan my day, and I never feel rushed or stressed.
Most importantly, each visit leaves us feeling better than when we arrived. Dr. Tamminga’s care and professionalism have made a real difference for our family. I wanted to express my appreciation for the great experience we’ve had under her care.
This is the second time I’ve been able to work with K5 and I have to say. Fantastic job! The extra effort of explaining and detailed work is top notch. First time I had a raccoon problem in my attic and this recent issue was squirrels getting in my exhaust vent for my gas furnace. Both times I can say Mohammad was the best choice. Professional. Fast to respond. Attention to all details around setting up a one way exit point to helping me understand all the steps involved. I don’t even highly recommend. There is no one else I would recommend than Mohammad and K5! Great job!

We recently had a partial bathroom ensuite done by Taylor Made Bathrooms. We cannot say enough about our dealings with the staff and trades people from Taylor Made. They were willing to work with us as we were only doing a partial reno. They did our plumbing, fixtures, glass shower install with cultured marble and bathtub surround with decking. They also supplied us with our floor tile. We are very pleased with the end result. Ryan & Stephanie were so easy, knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. They always answered our calls or emails when we had questions. They kept to their start date and schedule. Everyone arrived on time and on the days they said they would be there. We were so appreciative of this. They also kept us a breast of any changes to the schedule. Communication was great. Thank you Ryan & Stephanie. Thank you to your trades people as well. Byron, Liane, Sean especially. They couldn't have been more efficient, friendly and professional. We would highly recommend and definitely use Taylor Made Bathrooms again with any future work.

After a few not so successful experiences looking for a new hair stylist in a new town I was very lucky to find Lisa at House of Hair a couple of years ago. She is very knowledgeable and understands my hair and its issues. I am happy everytime with my results and have friends comment on how I now have a stylist that has given me a good and consistent style that suits me. Nice also that the others with the House of Hair team are so pleasant.

I’ve always given them inspiration photos and it’s like it was copied and pasted on my nails!

We have been going to Watzin Clinic for 6 years now since we picked up our Chocolate lab Harper. She pulls to the door, can’t wait to get on the scale so she can get a liver treat. The girls are also so sweet with her. She never gives them a problem and she loves every single one of them. Any of the vets we’ve visited over the years, have been so loving and caring & all have given the time for questions and any additional concerns we may have. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. 10 out of 10 every time.
At Lifemark, the staff are wonderful. I am greeted with a smile every time I walk through the door. The staff members are kind amd helpful, their professionalism shows.

I'd been going to this salon for many years until I moved elsewhere for a while. Once I moved back to the area and was ready to have my hair taken care of, I didn't hesitate to call them up! I see a few new faces on staff but the stylists who are still there remembered me well, which is nice. A special thanks to Amanda, who's put up with my indecisiveness and vague descriptions about what I would like in the last couple.of months. She always manages to get it right! I highly recommend this salon for the skill, professionalism and the comfortable atmosphere.
Liane has been to my elderly mother’s place a few different times (my mother loves her) to address different issues. She recently came by to address an issue with the lack of hot water. She quickly addressed the issue that the hot water tank has become defective and needs replacing. She recommended a company to replace the hot water tank and 2 days later, on a holiday no less, the hot water tank was replaced by the recommended company. Job well done by all!
Steve was able to remove some storm damaged trees as well as clean up a dead standing tree. His service was prompt and communicated well with affordable prices. Emerald Lawn & Landscaping is highly recommended.
This is a terrific place to take your dog for boarding or daycare. My GSP Fynn, is always excited to go and is happy and content when I pick him up. Kevin the owner is friendly, knowledgable and obviously cares about the dogs. This is reflected in all the staff.
The facilities are clean and well maintained.

If you are looking for a great veterinarian, I highly recommend Waterdown Animal Hospital (WAH). The doctors and staff are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, and the fees are very reasonable.
There is an old idea that rural vets are less expensive than those located in a city or town. That is not the case at WAH. I formerly used 'country' vets in Flamborough and was pleasantly shocked by the lower fees at such a convenient full-service animal hospital in town.
I had an urgent health problem with my pet the first time I contacted WAH for feline dental surgery. They saw us right away. The professional veterinarians walked me through the options for care and patiently answered all my questions.
It can be distressing when our furbabies are not well and I am thankful for the wonderful doctors and staff for making the situation as easy as it could be for both of us.
I am confident that they prioritize my pet's best interest. I felt completely at ease dropping off my kitty for a subsequent surgical procedure, knowing she would be handled gently by knowledgeable people. Every member of the medical and support team was kind and caring and took the time to comfort my shy anxious kitty.
Waterdown Animal Hospital provides top-notch medical care for your pet at beyond reasonable fees. I have never before left a review for anything, but I felt compelled to share my experience at WAH in the hopes it will help another pet parent when they are searching for care for their beloved pet.

As a 60s something man I was looking for a more refined establishment to take care of my hairstyle needs. Haircut 1000 is situated in a charming older home and the atmosphere is warm and inviting..I was lucky enough to have Chris do my hair, Chris was very welcoming upon my arrival and I was quickly seated for my first cut . I asked for a shorter style cut, something that reflects a modern yet mature men's style. After some good conversation I was very pleased to see what Chris had effortlessly done with my hair. I was very pleased and impressed, walking out feeling and looking much better than when I came in, and isn't that what it's all about.
