If you are looking for a great veterinarian, I highly recommend Waterdown Animal Hospital (WAH). The doctors and staff are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, and the fees are very reasonable.
There is an old idea that rural vets are less expensive than those located in a city or town. That is not the case at WAH. I formerly used 'country' vets in Flamborough and was pleasantly shocked by the lower fees at such a convenient full-service animal hospital in town.

My kitten Cheeto is a new patient at Waterdown Animal Hospital, and at risk of jumping the gun on a review after only a couple visits, I wanted to share the excellent experience that we've both had so far, and shout out the staff who have contributed to that.
Cheeto was in for his initial 'nose to tail' pet exam - including his first round of vaccinations and deworming - and then we were back a few days later when he seemed a little more lethargic than usual, having a tough time walking around with a slight limp in his back legs.
