“We have been clients of Watzin for several years. We’ve seen Dr.Watzin & now Dr.DaCosta who are both amazing veterinarians. We recently brought our cat Henry in for a dental procedure and he experienced a breathing complication waking up from anesthesia (at no fault of the clinic). They cancelled remaining appointments for the day so they could address the emergency complication that arose, focus on him and give him the best care to get him breathing properly on his own again. When he was stable at the end of the day we brought him to an emergency vet for overnight care. Due to the quick thinking of staff and dedication he is now thankfully recovering well at home.

“We have been boarding our three dogs here since 2 of them were puppies! 4 paws has been incredible with them each time. All three have very different needs and personalities however 4 paws has been fantastic in keeping our boys happy and safe. Our oldest is 15 years old and this is the only place I would ever trust to care for him. They spoil him as if he was their own dog and are so careful with his specific needs. Muttedly Pawsome is hands-down the best dog grooming experience we’ve ever had, and that is all thanks to the incredible Fay. Honestly, someone needs to start the paperwork to have her instated as a saint. She’s that extraordinary.

Fay is not only a gifted groomer, but she is also unbelievably kind, calm, and patient with every dog she meets. All of our dogs have adored her from the first visit, and that’s saying something. Our latest rescue is terrified of his own shadow but Fay has been a complete godsend. Her gentle, reassuring manner has brought him out of his shell in ways we never thought possible. We never imagined grooming could be a positive experience for him, but with Fay, it truly is.

On top of her phenomenal handling skills, Fay does an absolutely flawless job grooming. Our pups always come home looking fantastic: clean, beautifully trimmed, and happy. She clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows in every detail.

The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the level of care, attention, and professionalism that Fay offers. We feel so lucky to have such a gem closeby. Honestly, we don’t know what we’d do without her.

“I cannot recommend this pet hospital enough. My cat broke her canine and they have done everything to work with me on billing with insurance, setting up appointments, walking me through the procedure.

But to boot, my dog got locked in my car today outside their office. I was panicking and close to sobs. They stayed with me after hours to make sure we found someone to get her out, had clean cool water for her on hand and did everything to help me get to her and make sure she was okay.

Above and beyond call of duty. They love animals and I will never go anywhere else in Hamilton for my pets.“

“Our 16 year old, toothless, 10lb Shitzapoo, Grand Doggy, Gus, was in desperate need of a face and ear trim. He had been “fired” from his previous groomer because he hated being groomed and fought them like a Pit Bull. We had sedated him with Vet provided pills to calm him down. The staff here tried to trim his face but he fought like crazy. They said they were sorry but they couldn't do it. They really felt sorry for him because they knew he was so uncomfortable with the matted hair on his face and ears. Katrina decided she had to try to help him. It took 3 of us to hold him. He cried, I cried ( I’m a man) but, with her compassion and patience, she had trimmed him enough that he could be comfortable. We can’t thank her and the other ladies enough. Highly recommend them.“

“We just started using the grooming services at Stephanie's and I just wanted to say how please we are. From the lady at the front desk who was very lovely to speak with to the extra friendly Cat on the counter-It is such a great atmosphere. The Dogs being groomed look relaxed and happy which made me happy to see. Abby was not nervous and came out afterwards waggy her tail. The groomers (Jennessa & Christa) were fantastic and cut her hair perfectly. My husband & I think this is Probably the best cut/s she had ever. “We had such a great experience at Hamilton Dog Spaw! Our dog is usually very nervous (especially around fans) and can be quite hyper, but the team handled him with so much patience and care. They were able to groom him with no issues, and he came out looking amazing. We’re so grateful for how gentle and professional they were — highly recommend!“

Krista is amazing. Not only is she knowledgeable and experienced, she treated my Charlie as if he was her own.

Having a bird groomer who is calm and kind leads to birds with less fear and stress which is so important for our feathered friends.

“PetSmart is always a good time. Always some kind of deal on dog toys and etc... Always some cheap stuffed animals at the front for them to destroy. And their stock runs deep... Plus, they have clean up supplies close when the pup decides he owns PetSmart and pees all over it.“

“We had a great experience with Cindy. We couldn't bring our 3 year old dog anywhere, he was so anxious and would bark at everything. She suggested we bring him in for puppy classes and get him used to people and other dogs.

He's done so well, and he's now able to go for walks with absolutely no issues. I was able to bring him to a family gathering and he did beautifully. The skills in the class were a great refresher, but the patience from the staff and willingness to adapt to our unique situation is what made the biggest impact.“
