Not sure why there are negative experiences with the staff but this is probably my favourite Petsmart in Burlington. I don’t even want to mention the Guelph line one..if you know you know. The staff has always been helpful and pleasant, and you can always count on having a fun conversation with them, especially the older staff who actually have experience with multiple different pets in their own home. I know the corporation itself is not the best, but you can tell that a lot of the staff members do try their best to make the animals comfortable and handle them properly.
This is absolutely my favorite PetSmart ever, the employees are extremely friendly and I have everything always there. They are on top of their game because they always have everything in stock.
