my cat came back looking beautiful !! thank you so much guys.cons: my cat smells like eggs and cheese ? they said that it’s the normal procedure around there so not sure how to feel about that.

i needed to get my puppy groomed quick as he was getting neutered the next day and she was able to accommodate me that day despite her busy schedule. the groomer was great she treated my puppy so well and i felt that my puppy was comfortable with her. the only thing was their place was dusty and cluttered and i wish they cleaned up a little bit. lots of dog hair flying around which was also all over their personal stuff. i can tell she's really passionate about what she does which is what really matters. i think there's lots of potential in their store.. again if they cleaned up the place. i hope they don't take this the wrong way as i'm really happy with the service...read full review

My dog got skunked today and I wanted help quickly. I went here because they were close by. We received great service. They were very helpful and accommodating. Price was very reasonable. Thank you for cleaning up Jaxx and decreasing my stress level! I will use their services again!
