My Charlie, who typically struggles at the groomers, was immediately put at ease by their warm and professional demeanor.The groomers here are nothing short of amazing! Despite Charlie's reluctance, they handled him with such care and patience, delivering exceptional results. It's clear they have a knack for working with difficult pups like mine.The overall experience was fantastic, and both Charlie and I felt incredibly comfortable throughout the entire process.
