He loves it so much there that he leaps of of the car when he sees he's arrived at his favourite place, and runs to hug and say goodbye to his favourite people (his friends and the lovely staff) when we come to pick him up. From the day we brought our Yorkie, Lamonte, home, they have treated him as if he were one of their own. Every visit has been met with kindness, compassion, patience, and genuine love. This clinic has also been there for our family through some of the hardest moments. They cared for our beloved dog, Bentley, throughout his life and treated him with incredible dignity, compassion, and love during his final days. Their kindness during such a heartbreaking time is something we will never forget.

They also cared for our sweet bunny, Billie Jean, with the same level of compassion and dedication. Every member of the team made him feel loved and did everything they possibly could to provide him with exceptional care.

Most recently, when Lamonte suffered a traumatic dog attack and required emergency surgery, this team acted quickly and gave him the care that ultimately saved his life. We will be forever grateful for their skill, urgency, and unwavering compassion during one of the most frightening experiences we’ve ever faced.

The entire staff from the veterinarians to the technicians and reception team are truly exceptional. You can see how much they genuinely love animals, and they treat every pet and every family with empathy, respect, and kindness.

I recommend this clinic to everyone I know. I constantly tell friends, family, and neighbours that there is simply no better place to trust with your pets. I would never take my animals anywhere else.

“We have been going here since December 2025. Prior to today, we have been bringing Sam in once a month to have his nails trimmed, which has been awesome. Today, we brought Sam in for a grooming. He is a 70lb German Shorthaired Pointer who can be a little nervous, which worries me. However, Sam did well today and they told me that he was great for them. They did an amazing job and he looks very handsome. I am so happy we moved to this groomer. Thank you.“

“We had a wonderful experience at Pet Valu in Brampton!

Groomer Apoorya was truly amazing, you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. This was our puppy Teddy’s first grooming, and unfortunately, he was quite matted, so he had to be shaved down. It was heartbreaking for us, but we knew it was the best decision for his comfort and health.

Apoorya took her time and care with Teddy, spending over two hours making sure he was as comfortable as possible. He did so well with her—it was so sweet to see him hugging her and giving her kisses! It was clear he felt safe and cared for.

During the grooming, Teddy did get a small cut on his ear, but Apoorya handled it responsibly and made sure someone followed up with us afterward to check on him. That level of care and accountability meant so much to us.

We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re so happy to have found a place we can trust for all our pets’ needs.
