This was my first time ordering from here, and I’m so impressed! The prices were significantly cheaper than other places. I placed my order yesterday morning and was expecting a 3–4 day wait, but it surprisingly arrived today!

I ordered 24 cans of cat food, and every single one arrived in pristine condition. My previous order from Ren's Pets had half of the cans badly dented, so seeing everything packaged so carefully here was a huge plus. Fantastic service and super fast shipping—I will definitely be ordering again!“

If I had to come up with one small area of improvement, I’d say the young girls working at the counter they need to talk with respect. They sound like they are chatting to their friends. If they could be trained in such a way that it doesnt sound like they are talking to their friends, then it would be a five-star place.“
