“Went there for the first time to get my bird groomed. We booked an appointment the day before. The staff was very welcoming and warm. Krista, who helped with the grooming is very knowledgeable, she patiently answered all our questions, even held my over-anxious bird with a lot of care. Gave us many tips! While doing the beak n nails, she went very slow and used a drill instead of clippers, so that she can stop n check whenever she wants.
Prices are very reasonable, only $20 for wings, beak n nail for a cockateil.
We later visited the store, its huge n has a few pet birds, fishes, and reptiles for sale. I felt the prices for animal supplies n the pets were slightly on the higher side, but I guess thats typical in a store. I 100% would recommend this place for any pet owners“

“This was my first time bringing a kitty to a groomer, because it was never needed until now, as my cat is very geriatric and doesn’t groom himself properly anymore. I am so grateful that they could take us same day, and that they are extremely wonderful at what they do! My boy was not well behaved, but she did such a great job at such a great price, I would recommend them to anyone. I am contemplating bringing my other old guy in as well, because he runs when I try to groom him. Overall a great experience (not so much for them as for me), and I am very impressed.“
