Customers appreciate the clean and well-maintained stock, and while it may be a 45-minute drive for some, it's well worth it due to its great selection and staff expertise. Recently, many customers have praised Krista, a bird groomer at the supercentre, for her amazing service. She is described as knowledgeable, experienced, calm, and kind, which helps reduce fear and stress in birds. One customer shared a story about how Krista helped their bird with a health issue that a vet misdiagnosed. With her care, the bird was treated successfully, bringing relief to the owner. Visitors often enjoy browsing the store and leave wanting to add another pet to their family. It is highly recommended for anyone shopping for a new critter or supplies for their existing pets.
Went there for the first time to get my bird groomed. We booked an appointment the day before. The staff was very welcoming and warm. Krista, who helped with the grooming is very knowledgeable, she patiently answered all our questions, even held my over-anxious bird with a lot of care. Gave us many tips! While doing the beak n nails, she went very slow and used a drill instead of clippers, so that she can stop n check whenever she wants.
Prices are very reasonable, only $20 for wings, beak n nail for a cockateil.

Lots of options and great service.
Connor was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of setting up my new tank. He took the time to explain everything, helped me select the right equipment for my setup, and provided excellent advice on stocking the tank with fish and other essentials. His knowledge, patience, and friendly service made the experience easy and enjoyable.
It’s also great to see the store open again after the fire. The team has done an amazing job getting everything back up and running, and it’s clear they’re committed to providing excellent service to the local aquarium community. Thanks again to Connor and the whole team!
