I took my Dog River for a bath and brush.
Olivia did an amazing grooming on River and even said he was a pleasure to work with and actually well behaved(surprised) Olivia obviously works well with dogs and very happy to see him looking so good. Thank you so much and will definitely be bringing him back to Olivia. ***** 5 stars
Chloe C did an amazing job on my dog in the grooming salon! She was very patient as I was late to my appointment and she was so kind as well.
PetSmart grooming should really consider allowing tips and gratuity on their electronic payment terminals as I rarely have cash on me and most grooming salons I’ve been to take electronic tips now-a-days. I didn’t have time to stop off at the bank so I felt really terrible leaving her without a tip since she did such a nice job. So sorry again:(
The staff here are great. We have a new puppy and the gentleman at the checkout (Sat, April 4 evening) suggested the puppy starter guide & helped me out with coupons/discount on my items. I appreciate that he went the extra mile - thank you!
